ProVirtualAssistants has been an excellent service provider that believes in rendering a satisfying solution to end-users. Any refund on Provirtual Assistant membership fees will coordinate according to our refund policy. Other than this, some unique task-related plans and related services will coordinate depending upon their refund policies, or project contracts.

ProVirtualAssistants take payment from their clients in advance at the starting of every month, depending upon a particular plan subscribed by the customer.

Refunds made on cancellation of services will only be made to the customers only when he/she serves the notice period for cancellation of services. The minimum time  The notice period to serve clients is 30 days.

Refunds requested by clients for non-usage of services will not entertain. As per the terms and conditions of the plan, only rollovers permit.

We will not refund the amount for goods or items purchased by us on behalf of the client on instruction provided by him using a credit card.

In case of any flaw or lack in service, the Provirtual assistant will make the best effort to rectify the problem and process rework on the assigned task to deliver it back to the customer. Our quality department will make the decision taken on rework or modification of services. The choice of the company, whether to rework or improvise the service, will be final and binding on this matter.

 

ProVirtual Assistants and their team will not be responsible for any delay in the documentation or relevant information pending from the customer side.

A refund of billing errors or referral discounts will send to your credit card. We use the same payment processors to process the refund to prevent fraud.
